Please be informed that your Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) request has been conducted at an ‘admin set up fee’ rate of £35.00.
There will also be a 2% credit guarantee charge being applied to all Delivery Duties Paid requests, or a minimum fee of £1.00 whichever is greatest, this will be applicable from January 1st 2026.
