Effective from 1st April 2026, the fuel surcharge applied to your UK overnight services will increase to 27.5%.
Due to the ongoing geopolitical situation and conflict in the Middle East, fuel costs have risen dramatically over the past few weeks. Therefore, we have had to make the very hard decision to make these adjustments in order to ensure we can continue to provide the reliable service and delivery standards you expect from us.
Unfortunately, surcharges such as fuel surcharges are largely dictated by the bigger courier firms and networks of the courier industry and we have to follow the changes made by these companies. We have worked hard to minimise the impact of these increases and appreciate your understanding during this challenging period.
