WORKING FROM HOME – NEED A COURIER COLLECTION?

Olympex Global are operating a new service for its customer base called ‘collection from home’. This will certainly assist our customers who are ‘working from home’ in this current climate and help with sending urgent documents & packages throughout the UK and globally. The additional account charge for this service will be £20.00+VAT. Unfortunately, if you cannot print airway bills off at home the collection costs are higher (depending on which postcode area you live in) than the £20.00+VAT as we have to prepare all AWB paperwork with different courier collection agent’s other than an integrator service.

All we ask is that you have a printer at home to print off the integrator address airway bills to stick on your documents / packages. If you could book this service in with us here at Olympex Global via telephone or email request and certainly stating your full home address we can then send across integrator (either DHL, FedEx or UPS) airway bills for your use. Please apply these integrator labels to the shipment. If you can make your booking with the Olympex Global Customer Services Team by 1pm and live in London or the home counties (Essex, Surrey, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Hampshire, Sussex, Cambridgeshire or Kent) , the integrator should pick up from you that afternoon.
